Celebrating with the Federal President: In September, the Citizens' Festival takes place at the official residence of Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier in Berlin.
The Bürgerfest (Citizens' Festival) focuses on initiatives, organizations and companies that present their voluntary work. There will also be a children's and youth program, live music, theater performances, discussion rounds and sporting activities as well as tours of Bellevue Palace.
A free admission ticket is required to attend the Bürgerfest. For security reasons, people and bag checks will be carried out. Waiting times at the entrance are to be expected. Please do not take any large items of luggage with you. Access to the Bürgerfest is made easier for people with disabilities. Dogs (with the exception of guide dogs for the blind) are not permitted. There are also no parking spaces available on site. Visitors are advised to travel by public transport.
